Marlot shares her insights and practical approach from her book ‘The impact mission‘. Using a clear 7-step method, based on her own experiences and those of other sustainability professionals, she teaches you how to put sustainability on the agenda, overcome internal and external resistance and make structural impact. Whether you are looking for a strong business case, ways to create urgency, or better collaboration tactics, this session will offer concrete tools for sustainable change within your organisation.

Marlot Kiveron is a sustainability professional with a mission to make positive impact within commercial organisations. She pioneered circular business models, B Corp certification and impact strategies at Ace & Tate and Otrium. As co-founder of the AMS Sustainability Network, she brings together like-minded people from different sectors to accelerate positive impact. Her book The Impact Mission will be published on 20 March 2025.
