The speed at which organizations can change towards a circular way of thinking, working and acting depends heavily on the knowledge and skills of the professionals who try to implement this change. In the Netherlands, most organizations are still in the early phases of transition to sustainability.

During a 6-part lecture series from the UvA Academy, leading academics from various disciplines provide essential and state-of-the-art insights into how organizations can become more sustainable.
In 6 meetings of a maximum of three hours each, you will receive answers to questions such as: How do you encourage your colleagues and/or customers to make sustainable change? How do you influence desired behavior and which interventions are most suitable for this? We also discuss how to shape a sustainable eco-system with stakeholders and offer you insight into the most current legislation and financing of sustainability. But the behavior of your customers or buyers is also discussed. Furthermore, we certainly do not forget the role that new technology plays in this. In short, a broad and current view on sustainability. Short, powerful and yet complete.
